What provided the most inspiration for your wedding?
Kevin and I knew we wanted our wedding to be a reflection of our relationship. We have so many of the same best friends and always have the most fun time together. We set out to create a memorable day for family & friends to celebrate together. Of course, Covid threw a wrench in our plans but we were still able to get married on our original date with a much smaller guest list, and it may have been better than I ever dreamt! I was inspired by old wedding traditions (love Emily Post!), our special venues of choice, and our summer wedding date - I wanted everything to be "light & bright." My cousin Claire Ferguson nailed my artistic vision and created a beautiful water color design inspired by my favorite colors & flowers that set the tone for the entire wedding.
What aspect of wedding planning was most exciting to you?
I loved shopping for my wedding dress and other bridal outfits! It was also so fun to have my flower dreams come true thanks to Three Branches! They made my "lavender & lemon" vision a reality! When we had to downsize and have a small seated dinner, I loved creating the menu and tablescapes.

What made you decide on Hazen for your big day?
I wanted to gift my bridal party timeless & stylish earrings that they could wear again - and I have seen many friends continue to wear their earrings! I also loved supporting a local brand. Hazen made it so easy to coordinate my earring order.
