We think life is a party & every day should feel like Christmas, so each item will arrive packaged in our signature Hazen & Co. boxes our pouches!
Orders are fulfilled during normal business hours Monday - Friday, in Dallas, Texas, and will be shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase; however, due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days to ship (you will be notified should that delay apply to your order). As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left in the "notes" section during checkout. We love to accommodate your fun requests!
**Please note that our office is closed Saturday and Sunday, so any online purchases made over the weekend will be fulfilled and shipped the following Monday.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase! In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, online customers have 7 business days from the delivery date to return unworn merchandise for store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for future purchases at HazenAndCo.com and will not include original shipping charges. ALL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND HAZEN DOES NOT PRICE ADJUST.

To begin your return, please click HERE. We do not accept any returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to the sender.
We offer store credit for all gift returns within 14 days of original purchase. Please fill out the Contact Us form and select "Shipping & Returns" prior to shipping your item. We will respond with a USPS Return Label and Return Form for you to print and fill out and include with your item(s). The return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your store credit amount. The original purchaser will not be notified of your return if the appropriate steps are followed (do not use the Return Portal). We do not accept any returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to sender.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, we recommend you return the original item and place a new order.
