Shipping & Returns

We think life is a party & every day should be Christmas, so each item will arrive gift wrapped in our signature Hazen & Co. packaging!


Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days to ship. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship accordingly. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left in the comments section during checkout. We love to accommodate your fun requests! 


We want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry! In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item. A store credit will be issued for future purchases at and will not include original shipping charges. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds at this time. 

We ask that you please fill out the Contact Us form and select "Shipping & Returns" prior to shipping your item. We will respond with the shipping address. Please include a printed copy of all email correspondence with your package. We do not accept any exchanges/returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to sender.


We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair due to flaws in workmanship, we will gladly repair your piece or replace it based on the circumstance. In the case that jewelry has been damaged, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by repair needed. There is a repair fee of $20.00 (not including any new stones) on merchandise one year or older.
